IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INDEPENDENT YOGA CLASSES: We are pleased to be renting space to five INDEPENDENT yoga instructors. These classes are not a part of HarborFit; they simply rent space in our facility. We welcome you to contact the instructors personally for registration and information.
Keita Marnell has practiced yoga since 2001 and is the owner of Harbor Yoga LLC. She believes that yoga is a gift we give ourselves and that everyone regardless of flexibility, weight or fitness level can enjoy the many benefits yoga can provide. Keita welcomes all individuals to her classes and believes that when we show ourselves compassion we can find success in creating a healthy body and lifestyle.
Keita is trained and certified in Vinyasa Yoga. She received her 200 hour RYT certification (Registered Yoga Trainer) from YogaFit in 2011. She has taken additional training in kids and prenatal yoga.
