Diane’s lasses are specifically designed for women with emphasis on the poses that are particularly beneficial for the female body. All classes in this series are designed to reduce stress, renew your energy, and relieve tension from your back, neck, shoulders, and hips.
Diane DeMars has been teaching Yoga for 20 years. Classes are non-competitive and easy to follow instructions are given. Each person is encouraged to proceed at their own pace. No yoga experience necessary. All level of fitness are welcome. En-Joy!
