Diane Bunting (Shamsher), M.S., KRI-certified Yoga instructor with 38 years yoga experience, truly delights in the sharing of this healing practice.  She draws from her Masters of Science to explain the science as well as the art of yoga.

Christine Epperson is Powerhouse253. She is certified through American Council of Exercise
and TRX since 2010. Her background also includes pharmaceutical standard cellular
supplementation, holistic nutrition and human behavior studies through Southwest Institute of
Healing Arts. Her experience as a figure competitor in the 2009 Ironman cup ads to her
knowledge in the importance of mindset and discipline.
Helping others along their way to a more positive, healthy, lifestyle is her passion.
Her focus is providing personalized and group training services in a safe, fun and challenging
atmosphere. Christine will be there along the way to support you and keep you focused in
reaching your fitness goals.
